RICHMOND, Va. (Feb. 13, 2024) – The CAA has announced its softball weekly awards following the opening weekend of the 2024 season. Elon junior outfielder Kaitlyn Wells was named CAA Player of the Week, and UNCW junior Emily Winstead earned CAA Pitcher of the Week accolades. In addition, Hampton freshman pitcher/utility Angelina Branch collected CAA Rookie of the Week honors.
