RICHMOND, Va. (Feb. 13, 2023) – The CAA has announced its first men’s lacrosse weekly awards for the 2023 season. Delaware redshirt senior attackman Tye Kurtz opened the year with CAA Offensive Player of the Week honors, and Stony Brook sophomore goalie Jamison MacLachlan started the Seawolves’ tenure in the conference with CAA Defensive Player of the Week accolades. In addition, Towson freshman Joaquin Villagomez was named CAA Rookie of the Week after an impressive collegiate debut.
