Elon junior outfielder Charlie Granatell received CAA baseball Player of the Week honors after reaching base 11 times in Elon’s three-game series with Navy, while UNCW sophomore right-hander RJ Sales earned CAA Pitcher of the Week accolades following a dominant outing in a win over MAC preseason favorite Kent State. Campbell freshman right-hander Cooper Clark was chosen as the CAA Rookie of the Week after helping the Camels clinch a series victory over #17 UCSB.
