Charleston junior first baseman Cole Mathis was selected as the CAA Baseball Player of the Week after batting .667 with three homers and 11 RBI’s in the Cougars’ 3-1 week on the road. Monmouth junior right-hander Kevin Opanel received Pitcher of the Week honors after giving up just one hit over 7.0 shutout innings. Campbell third baseman Charlie Meglio was named Rookie of the Week after homering three times and driving in seven for the Camels.
