Big South Women's Lacrosse Summary - April 12

Shannon Urey set a Mercer single-game goal record with 11 goals and Mercer held off a third quarter Wofford comeback to defeat the Terriers 21-10 Wednesday evening at Gibbs Stadium.  Campbell closed the game on a 6-2 run to outlast Gardner-Webb, 20-16 at Spangler Stadium.  Presbyterian's Willow Hammond led the Blue Hose to an 11-10 victory over Winthrop.  Three Panthers tallied four goals to lead High Point to its third Big South win of the season by a score of 20-14 over Longwood.  Three Paladins finished with hat tricks as Furman downed Radford, 14-6.
