Big South Women's Lacrosse Summary - April 1

Shannon Urey scored a career-high seven goals and Mercer overcame a bit of a slow start to earn a 22-6 win over High Point on Saturday afternoon from Five Star Stadium.  Already reaching a number in the win column that multiplied last season's total by two just three days ago, Presbyterian defeated Radford on the road by a 14-5 margin to start 2-0 in league play.  Leading by one goal at the half, Wofford used a strong third quarter on the way to a 15-13 win over Winthrop on Saturday afternoon at Eagle Field.  Olivia Ohlmann registered a second half hat trick, while Campbell allowed just two second half scores, outlasting Furman 9-8 on Saturday in Big South Conference action at Paladin Stadium.
