Four 2024-25 Big South volleyball programs were honored by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) for their work in the classroom this past academic year with the annual Team Academic Awards sponsored by INTENT. The award, which was initiated in the 1992-93, honors volleyball teams that maintain a year-long grade-point average of 3.30 on a 4.0 scale, or 4.10 on a 5.0 scale.
