Big South Announces Women's Soccer Players of the Week - Sept. 16

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (www.BigSouthSports.com) – High Point forward Tessa Carlin (Winnipeg, Canada) has been named the Big South Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, while the Panthers’ Alex DePerno (Apex, N.C.) is the Defensive Player of the Week for matches played Sept. 9-15, it was announced today. In addition, Longwood forward Sara Kate George (Springfield, Va.) and Winthrop midfielder Cameron Celce (Boynton Beach, Fla.) have been selected as the Co-Freshmen of the Week.
