Big South Announces Volleyball Players of the Week - Oct. 9

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (www.BigSouthSports.com) – Winthrop middle blocker/opposite hitter Brookelynn Thomas (Blythewood, S.C.) has been named the Big South Volleyball Player of the Week for matches played Oct 2-8, it was announced today.  In addition, High Point’s Jordyn Schilling (Newport Beach, Calif.) was selected the Big South Libero of the Week, with Gardner-Webb outside hitter Jenna Otts (Saint Johns, Fla.) receiving the Big South Freshman of the Week honor.
