Big South Announces Volleyball Players of the Week - Oct. 14

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (www.BigSouthSports.com) – Gardner-Webb’s Cayton White (Reno, Nev.) and Winthrop’s Karli Shepherd (New London, Ohio) share the Big South Volleyball Player of the Week honor for matches played Oct. 7-13, it was announced today.  In addition, Winthrop’s Isabella Murray (Norcross, Ga.) has been named Setter of the Week, and Winthrop’s Sophia Matthews (Apex, N.C.) and UNC Asheville’s Michelle Thao (Hickory, N.C.) were named the Co-Liberos of the Week. USC Upstate’s Kamyla Vega David (Carolina, Puerto Rico) has been named the Freshman of the Week.
