Big South Announces Baseball Players of the Week - April 14

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (www.BigSouthSports.com) – High Point infielder Miggy Echazarreta (Reston, Va.) and USC Upstate utility Wylie Waters (Vancouver, British Columbia) have been named the Big South Baseball Co-Players of the Week, while Upstate’s Amp Phillips (Lancaster, S.C) is the Starting Pitcher of the Week for games played April 7-13, it was announced today. In addition, Radford’s Andrew Steinhaus (Middletown, Del.) was selected as the Relief Pitcher of the Week, while USC Upstate’s Henry Zenor (St. Louis, Mo.) is the Freshman of the Week honoree.
