Wilberforce, OH : The Marauders fell to Kentucky State on Saturday 80-68 despite a huge day from Steven Key II. In the loss Key was strong, finishing with 31 points on 11-21 shooting. In the key rivalry matchup the Marauders shot a season worst 1-13 from the 3-point line. Throughout the game the Marauders battled to keep it close, but a balanced attack from the Thorobreds proved to be too much in the end. The loss moves the Marauders to 2-17 overall and just 1-9 in the SIAC. Up next for the Marauders is a trip to Tennessee to play LeMoyne-Owen and Lane.
