AMC Cross Country Runners of the Week - Week 1

St. Louis, Mo. – The American Midwest Conference (AMC) announced its first Cross Country Runners of the Week of the 2023-24 academic year on Monday.  Missouri Baptist University swept the weekly with Mia Reed and Donovan Denslow earning the Women’s and Men’s Runners of the Week, respectively.
